摘 要:目的研究常规生化检查在初诊多发性骨髓瘤患者中的教学效果。方法选择2019年1月—2020年2月到该院接受临床带教的检验实习生46名,按照带教方式的不同,将其分为研究组(临床指导带教+CP+PDCA带教模式)和对照组(常规带教),分析两组实习生实习考核成绩、综合能力、临床检查质量、对带教老师满意度及对带教方式的满意度评分。结果研究组实习考核成绩、综合能力、临床检查质量及对带教方式的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规生化检验实习生进行带教时,需融合各类教学方式,使实习生意识到常规生化检查对初诊多发性骨髓瘤诊断的意义,提升其检验能力,保障检验质量。Objective To study the teaching effect of routine biochemical examination in newly diagnosed patients with multiple myeloma.Methods A total of 46 interns were selected from January 2019 to February 2020 to receive clinical teaching in the hospital.According to the different teaching methods,they were divided into the research group(clinical guidance teaching+CP+PDCA teaching mode)and the control group(regular teaching).The scores of the two groups of interns in the practice assessment,comprehensive ability,clinical examination quality,satisfaction with teaching teachers and satisfaction with teaching methods were analyzed.Results The results of practice assessment,comprehensive ability,clinical examination quality and satisfaction with teaching methods in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When it is used in the teaching of routine biochemical examination interns,it is necessary to integrate various teaching methods,so that the interns can realize the significance of routine biochemical examination in the diagnosis of newly diagnosed multiple myeloma,improve their examination ability,and ensure the quality of examination.
