摘 要:目的分析在神经外科临床带教中采取案例及任务驱动教学法带教的实施效果。方法选取2019年9月—2021年8月间该院实习生90名为研究对象,纳入2019年9月—2020年8月的50名实习生为对照组,采取常规教学法进行带教,纳入2020年9月—2021年8月的40名实习生为观察组,采取案例及任务驱动教学法进行带教。比较两组考核成绩、实习表现及教学满意度。结果考核成绩[理论及操作评分对比,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生在学习兴趣、分析能力、创新能力、沟通能力、学习参与性、学习积极性等方面评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科临床带教中采取案例及任务驱动教学法带教,有助于调动实习生积极性及参与度,有效提升其理论及实操能力,促进教学满意度的提升。Objective To analyze the implementation effect of the case and task-driven teaching method in the clinical teaching of neurosurgery.Methods 90 interns accepted by the hospital from September 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects.Grouping students according to their internship time,50 interns from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the control group,and they were taught by conventional teaching methods.An observation group of 40 interns from September 2020 to August 2021 will be used as the observation group,and they will be taught by case and task-driven teaching methods.The assessment scores,internship performance and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the theoretical and operational scores,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of internship performance,the scores of students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in terms of learning interest,analytical ability,innovation ability,communication ability,learning participation and learning enthusiasm,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of neurosurgery,adopting the case and task-driven teaching method can help to mobilize the enthusiasm and participation of interns.It can effectively improve its theoretical and practical ability,and promote the improvement of teaching satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
