摘　　要：针对娱乐界公众人物的道德失范乱象,需从四个方面进行治理和引领:构建新的管控格局;优化现有教育模式;重视公众人物道德自律;提升青少年的综合能力。通过全社会的协同合作,引导青少年树立正确价值观,落实立德树人的根本任务。The moral anomie and chaos of public figures in the entertainment industry need to be managed from four aspects:constructing a new management and control pattern;optimizing the existing education model;paying attention to the moral self-discipline of public figures;improving the comprehensive ability of teenagers.Through the coordination and cooperation of the whole society,teenagers may be guided to establish correct values so that the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people can be implemented.
