摘 要:目的:探讨混合式教学的高仿真模拟教学对学生自主学习能力和评判性思维能力的影响。方法:选取护理专业本科生85名学生作为研究对象,在《护理高仿真情景技能学》的教学中采用混合式教学模式,通过32学时的高仿真模拟教学后,采用自主学习能力量表、评判性思维能力量表、课堂教学满意度量表进行效果评价。结果:高仿真模拟教学后,学生在自主学习能力总分及学习动机、自我管理能力和学习合作能力显著改善,评判性思维能力总分及寻找真相、开放思想、系统化能力、求知欲、认知成熟度得分均有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于混合式教学的高仿真模拟教学具有可行性,可提高学生的自主学习能力和评判性思维能力。Objective To discusses the influence of high simulation teaching based on hybrid teaching on students’independent learning ability and critical thinking ability.Method There were 85 nursing undergraduates students were selected as the research object.in the high simulation scenario nursing skills teaching,hybrid teaching mode was adopted by 32 hours.After high simulation teaching,the ability of autonomic learning scale,critical thinking ability scale,satisfaction scale were used to evaluate the effect of teaching.Results After high simulation teaching,students’total score of independent learning ability,learning motivation,self-management ability and learning cooperation ability were significantly improved,and the total score of critical thinking ability,truth seeking,open mind,systematic ability,desire for knowledge and cognitive maturity scores were significantly improved,(P<0.05).Conclusion High simulation teaching based on hybrid teaching is feasible and can improve students‘independent learning ability and critical thinking ability.
