摘  要:为了揭示鸡STAT基因家族的生物学功能,利用在线网站和软件对鸡STAT家族成员进行了鉴定并从理化性质、基因结构、进化关系、染色体定位及二级结构等方面进行了预测和分析。结果表明,鸡STAT基因家族有5个成员,分别命名为ChSTAT1,ChSTAT2,ChSTAT3,ChSTAT4,ChSTAT5A。它们都是酸性、不稳定的亲水蛋白,分布在7,27,33等3条染色体上。根据多物种STAT蛋白进化树分析该基因分为5个亚家族,分别含有1个STAT基因,不同亚家族基因结构、蛋白保守结构域均有差异,分支较近的成员间相似性较强。二级结构预测显示,成员均含有α-螺旋、β-折叠、延伸链和无规则卷曲。鉴定出鸡STAT家族包含5个成员,且成员间结构相对较为保守。To reveal biological information of STAT gene family in chicken,the members of STAT gene family in chicken were identified by bioinformatics method.The members of the STAT family were predicted and analyzed from the aspects of physical and chemical properties,gene structure,evolutionary relationship,chromosome location and secondary structure.The results showed that there were 5 members of STAT gene family named ChSTAT1,ChSTAT2,ChSTAT3,ChSTAT4 and ChSTAT5A.They are acidic,unstable hydrophilic proteins distributed on chromosome 7,27,and 33.According to the analysis of multi-species STAT protein evolutionary tree,the gene was divided into 5 subfamilies,each contains 1 STAT gene.The gene structure and protein conserved domain of different subfamilies were different,and the members with closer branches had stronger similarity.Secondary structure prediction showed thatα-helix,β-fold,extended chain and random coil were in every member.The chicken STAT family was identified to consist of 5 members,and the structure among the members was relatively conservative.
