具身性认知、跨圈层情感与修辞化抗争:对媒介话语“躺平”的一种反思

摘　　要：“躺平”既是一种身体隐喻,也是一种价值观念。它源于特定话语主体对日常身体动作的直观描述,在网络实践中则被赋予了不作为、不进取的微妙含义。虽然不同的社会阶层在使用这一话语时所表达的含义不尽相同,但隐藏于话语背后的倦怠感、挫败感与焦虑感却无疑成为一种共同情感表征。这些负向情感生成于特定的社会现实土壤,并在平台交互与智能算法的助推下实现了跨圈层扩散。“躺平”话语虽然可以帮助人们宣泄负面情绪,产生高扬自我主体性的抗争快感,但本质上不过是一种止步于行动的话语修辞策略。因此,与其把失败过多地归结于外部秩序,不如反思自身存在的问题,立于潮头、迎难而上。"Lying flat"is both a physical metaphor and a value concept,which originates from the intuitive description of daily body movements by specific discourse subjects.It is also given the subtle meaning of inaction and unenterprising in the Internet context.Although different social groups express different meanings when using this discourse,the burnout,frustration and anxiety hidden behind it have undoubtedly become the common emotional representation of the whole society.These negative emotions are generated in a specific social reality and realize cross-circle diffusion with the help of platform interaction and intelligent algorithms.Although the expression of"lying flat"may help people vent their negative emotions and produce the fighting pleasure of promoting their selfsubjectivity.In essence,it is just a rhetorical strategy that stops at action.Therefore,rather than blaming the failure on the external order,it’s more sensible to reflect on the problems and tackle them head on.
