摘  要:通过文献资料法、归纳演绎法对高校公共体育健美操选项课课程思政教学改革进行实践研究,探析高校公共体育课中融入课程思政的必要性,从课程目标、动作和音乐、教学过程、课外活动与考核评价等方面充分挖掘课程思政的设计素材,提出明确课程思政建设目标、厘清课程思政建设思路、丰富课程思政建设手段等具体措施,为了更好地发挥公共体育课程育人功能,建议从加强课程团队思政教育能力、加强课程思政教学质量保障体系等方面进行课程思政教学改革,力求为高校公共体育课程思政建设提供参考。This paper conducted a practical research on the reform of ideological and political education in the selective course of Aerobics in general courses of physical education in colleges and universities.The methods of literature review,induction and deduction were applied to explore and analyze the necessity of integrating ideological and political education into general physical education courses in colleges and universities.It proposed that materials for ideological and political education in the course could be integrated into the course objectives,moves and music,teaching process,extracurricular activities,assessment and evaluation,etc.It also put forward the concrete measures for clarifying the goals and ideas of ideological and political education in the course and enriching the means.In order to better display the educational function of general physical education courses,it suggested strengthening the reform of ideological and political education in the course by enhancing ideological and political teaching ability of teaching teams and assuring the quality of ideological and political teaching.
