摘　　要：文章根据当前高职院校学生思想政治工作仍面临着思想政治理论课教师队伍与高校辅导员队伍联动乏力、思想政治理论课实践环节与大学生社会实践活动统筹缺失、价值理性与工具理性的失衡三大现实问题,从优化顶层设计、形成育人合力、构建课程共同体和拓展育人渠道四个方面全面发力,对于走出实然困境,切实提高高职院校学生思想政治工作实效性大有裨益。According to the three practical problems:weakness of joint reaction of the staff teaching the ideological and political theory course and the team of instructors that the ideological and political work for students in higher vocational colleges is facing,the lack of overall planning of ideological and political theory course and college students’ social practice activities,and the imbalance between value rationality and tool rationality,the paper points out that it is important to work on from four aspects,that is,to optimize the top-level design,to form the join forces of education,to construct the community of courses,and to expand the channel for education.It is of great benefit to get out of the troubles of the ought and to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political work for the students in higher vocational colleges.
