摘  要:长期以来,我国幼儿园教育存在着“阴盛阳衰”的局面,男性幼儿教师的资源匮乏一直是一个热门话题。文章以合肥幼儿师范高等专科学校为例,通过幼儿教师师资现状以及学前教育专业男生培养情况,分析学前教育专业男生缺失的原因,从而对学前教育专业男生比例提升的策略进行了探讨,并对院校所在地幼儿园男性教师比例的提升提出建议。For a long time,the proportion of female teachers significantly exceeds that of male teachers in kindergartens in China.The lack of male preschool teachers has been a hot topic.This paper analyzes the current situation of preschool teachers and the cultivation of male college students in preschool education major.Taking Hefei Preschool Education College as an example,this paper not only explores reasons and quantity promotion strategies for the lack of male students in this major but also puts forward suggestions for improving the proportion of male teachers in kindergartens where the college is located.
