摘  要:班会思政化是高职院校学生思想政治教育工作迫切需求。为此,高职院校要在思想政治教育与班级日常管理融通,提升辅导员理论修养职业能力的同时,通过贯彻思想政治工作“三贴近”原则,拓展主题班会实施途径,实施班会课程化、引入任务驱动教学法等考核评价方式,构建“大思政”格局下的主题班会体系,为班会思政化实施和育人效果提供保障。The ideological and political orientation of class meetings is an inevitable principle followed by the ideological and political work for the students in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,the colleges should turn the ideological and political education into the routine in class management.While the theoretical cultivation and professional abilities of the counselors is improved,the way of the theme class meetings’ implementation is expanded by implementing the“three-closes-to”principle,from making the ideological and political into curriculum,introducing the task-driven teaching method into the assessment and evaluation system,to construct the theme class meeting system under the pattern of“big ideological and political education”,which will provide a safeguard for implementation of the ideological and political education as well as the effect of talents’ cultivation.
