摘  要:在中国近代教育史上,蔡元培首倡的“世界观教育”,融合了中国传统文化中的儒家教育思想和西方近代人道主义理论中的人本主义精神,它的价值取向是“以人为本”,育人目标是培养“完全人格”,具体内容包括何为“人的幸福”和如何获得“人的幸福”,有着丰富的教育意蕴。如何培养“全面发展的人”是今日中国教育落实立德树人根本任务的一项重要议题,培育个体智慧以夯幸福之基、重塑理想人格以树幸福之本和践行“以人为本”教育价值观以达幸福之境是蔡元培“世界观教育”带给我们的三重启示。In the history of modern Chinese education,Cai Yuanpei advocated“education of world outlook”as an educational principle,which combines the traditional Chinese Confucianism and modern western humanism theory.It aims to reveal what true happiness resides in and how people can obtain well-being with the purpose of cultivating people’s“ideal personality”,meanwhile reflecting his people-oriented education values.Nowadays,Cai Yuanpei’s“education of world outlook”enlightens the strategy of implementing the fundamental task of morality education.To cultivate all-around harmoniously-developed people,three measures can be taken.Firstly,students’wisdom is supposed to be nurtured to help them possess a concept of happiness.Additionally,students’ideal personality should be fostered to enable them to lay a solid foundation for happiness.Ultimately,the educators are expected to promote people-oriented education values to help students reach a state of happiness.
