摘  要:本研究以毕生发展理论为基础,借助对15位幼儿园教师访谈获得的数据,探析中年期幼儿园教师职业生涯发展的阶段表达特征。研究发现,教师职业生涯发展的中年危机主要表现在对身心发展走向衰退的无奈、工作中阶段评估与转化的困局以及家庭生活中亲子关系变化的失衡。分析表明,基于毕生发展视角的自我成长是教师职业发展的永恒主题,教师中年危机背后实则蕴含着发展的契机,中年期教师职业生涯的发展历程会以危机和契机并存交织的复杂形式呈现°本研究据此提出相关建议。Based on the theory of lifelong developnient and using the data obtained from the interviews with 15 kindergarten teachers,this study explores the stage expression characteristics of kindergarten teachers'career development in their middle age.The research found that the midlife crisis of teachers'career development is mainly manifested in the helplessness of physical and mental development,the dilemma of the evaluation and transition in the work stage,and the imbalance of parent-child relationship changes in family.The analysis shows self-growth based on the perspective of lifelong development is the eternal theme of the teaching profession;teachers'midlife crisis contains opportunities for development;and the career development of middle aged teachers will be presented in a complex form with crisis and opportunities combined.Some suggestions are provide accordingly.
