摘  要:目的探讨虚拟仿真教学在血液系统疾病中的效果。方法选取齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院2017级和2018级的本科医学生200名为研究对象。根据年级分组,2018级的100名医学生作为观察组(2018年6月—2019年5月),2017级的100名医学生作为对照组(2017年6月—2018年5月)。对照组采取常规教学方式,观察组采取虚拟仿真教学方式。比较分析两组的学习效果及教学质量。结果观察组医学生在学习积极性、应急能力、团队协调能力、提高沟通能力方面的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医学生LAP量表(问诊/病史、采集、患者管理、解决问题、行为/与患者关系、预防保健及保持记录)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虚拟仿真教学在血液系统疾病中的教学效果较好,不但提高了教学质量,也进一步培养了医学生的临床思维能力,具有很高的推广和应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of virtual simulation teaching in blood system diseases.Methods A total of 200 undergraduate medical students from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College in 2017 and 2018 were selected as the research subjects.According to grade grouping,100 medical students in the 2018 grade were used as the observation group(June 2018 to May 2019),and 100 medical students in the 2017 grade were used as the control group(June 2017 to May 2018).The control group adopted conventional teaching methods,and the observation group adopted virtual simulation teaching.The learning effect and teaching quality of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The scores of medical students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in terms of study enthusiasm,emergency response ability methods,team coordination ability,and communication ability improvement,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the LAP scale(inquiry/medical history,collection,patient management,problem solving,behavior/relationship with patients,preventive care and record keeping)of medical students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Virtual simulation teaching has good teaching effect in blood system diseases,improves the quality of teaching,and further cultivates the clinical thinking ability of medical students,which has high promotion and application value.
