摘 要:目的探讨虚拟模拟诊疗+PBL教学模式用于血液科规范化培训中的临床价值。方法选取2021年1—12月齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院2017级和2018级临床教改班本科医学生202名为研究对象,按照时间进行分组。对照组101名为2017级临床教改班本科医学生,实施传统教学法;观察组101名为2018级临床教改班本科医学生,实施规范化培训虚拟模拟诊疗+PBL教学法。对比两组出科理论成绩、结构化考试成绩及教学满意度。结果观察组理论成绩、结构化考试成绩及教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将虚拟模拟诊疗+PBL教学模式用于血液科规范化培训中具有较高的临床价值,可有助于提升学生出科成绩,并促进整体教学满意度的提升。Objective To explore the clinical value of virtual simulation diagnosis and treatment+PBL teaching mode in the standardized training of hematology department.Methods A total of 202 undergraduate medical students in the 2017 grade and 2018 grade clinical education reform class of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.Grouped according to time,101 students in the control group were undergraduate medical students in the 2017 clinical education reform class,and the traditional teaching method was implemented.101 students in the observation group were undergraduate medical students in the 2018 clinical education reform class,and implemented standardized training virtual simulation diagnosis and treatment+PBL teaching method.The final theoretical scores,structured test scores and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical scores,structured test scores and teaching satisfaction of the observation group were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of virtual simulation diagnosis and treatment+PBL teaching mode in the standardized training of hematology has high clinical value,which can help to improve students'grades,and to promote the improvement of overall teaching satisfaction.
