摘 要:文章旨在研究日粮添加桑叶粉、益生菌对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和免疫功能的影响。试验选取600只250日龄2 kg左右产蛋率相近的健康的海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复30只鸡。在基础日粮中分别添加0(第1组空白对照)、2%的桑叶粉(第2组)、1%益生菌(第3组)、2%的桑叶粉+1%益生菌(第4组),试验为期42 d,预饲7 d,正试35 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,3组试验组产蛋率升高,料蛋比降低(P<0.05),其中第4组(2%桑叶粉+1%益生菌)效果最好;与对照组相比,3组试验组蛋黄颜色和蛋壳强度指标显著升高(P<0.05),其中第4组(2%桑叶粉+1%益生菌)效果最明显;与对照组相比,3组试验组鸡新城疫抗体效价、白细胞、淋巴细胞、粒细胞数量均有所提高,其中第4组(2%桑叶粉+1%益生菌)鸡新城疫抗体效价、白细胞和粒细胞指数均显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,日粮添加桑叶粉、益生菌对蛋鸡的生产性能、蛋品质和免疫功能的提升有协同效应。其中,基础日粮中添加2%的桑叶粉+1%益生菌的饲养效果最明显,值得在蛋鸡养殖中推广应用。The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of mulberry leaf powder and probiotics on the production performance,egg quality and immune function of laying hens.600 healthy Hailan Brown laying hens of 250 days old,about 2kg and similar laying rate were randomly divided into 4 groups,150 in each group,with a total of 5 repetitions and 30 in each repetition.0(blank control in group 1),2%mulberry leaf powder(group 2),1%probiotics(Group 3),2%mulberry leaf powder+1%probiotics(Group 4)were added to the basic diet.The experimental period was 42 days,pre feeding for 7 days,and the pilot trial was 35 days.Results:compared with the control group,the egg laying rate of the three groups increased and the feed egg ratio decreased(P<0.05),and the effect of the fourth group(2%mulberry leaf powder+1%probiotics)was the best;Compared with the control group,the indexes of egg yolk color and eggshell strength in the three groups increased significantly(P<0.05),and the effect of the fourth group(2%mulberry leaf powder+1%probiotics)was the most obvious;Compared with the control group,the antibody titer of Newcastle disease,the number of leukocytes,lymphocytes and granulocytes in the three experimental groups were increased,and the antibody titer,leukocyte and granulocyte index of Newcastle disease in group 4(2%mulberry leaf powder+1%probiotics)were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:under the experimental conditions,adding mulberry leaf powder and probiotics to the diet has a synergistic effect on the production performance,egg quality and immune function of laying hens.Among them,the feeding effect of adding 2%mulberry leaf powder+1%probiotics to the basic diet is the most obvious,which is worthy of popularization and application in layer breeding.
