摘　　要：儿童青少年体育健康促进多元联动是推进健康中国、体育强国建设的重要保障,而行动指标是健康促进多元联动实施的靶向标准。研究采用文献资料法、德尔菲法、逻辑分析法等方法,构建了由联动主体、联动内容、联动实施和联动评价等4个一级指标、17个二级指标和69个三级指标组成的我国儿童青少年体育健康促进多元联动的行动指标体系。同时,采用层次分析法确定了多元联动行动各级指标的权重系数,为实现多元联动行动实施的量化指导与评价提供了科学的理论依据和实践参考。在新时代背景下,教育、体育等部门应完善联动机制,坚持以学校为主导、家庭为核心、社区为支持,协同促进儿童青少年身心健康和全面发展。The multiple linkage of children’s and adolescents’ sports health promotion is an important guarantee to promote the construction of Healthy China and Leading Sports Power,and the action index is the target standard for the implementation of the multiple linkage of health promotion.Using the methods of literature consultation,Delphi and logical analysis,this paper constructs a multi linkage action index system of children’s and adolescents’ sports health promotion in China,which is composed of 4 primary indicators,17 secondary indicators and 69 tertiary indicators,such as linkage subject,linkage content,linkage implementation and linkage evaluation.At the same time,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight coefficient of various indicators of multiple linkage action,which provides a scientific theoretical basis and practical reference for the quantitative guidance and evaluation of the implementation of multiple linkage action.In the context of the new era,education,sports and other departments should improve the linkage mechanism by taking school as the guidance,family as the core and community as the support,which may work together to promote the physical,mental and all-round development of children and adolescents.
