企业人类学的发展历程、研究范式和学术意义——再论人类学的“第四次革命”

摘　　要：企业人类学萌芽于20世纪二三十年代,经历了五个历史发展阶段。2008年是国际企业人类学的元年,掀起了人类学的“第四次革命”,体现了企业人类学研究复杂社会、重视应用研究、坚定中国学术自信的决心,期间学科的发展又经历了新调研、新概念、新理论的“三新”时期,并基于理论和方法论方面的创新,形成了独特的研究范式,在创新式转变和创造式发展、打通中西方人类学通道、构建国际学术网络、践行“以人民为中心”的学术使命四方面具有独特的学科特色和时代特色,对促进学科交叉融合发展、树立学术公平风气、研究中国实际与中国特色、创建中国学术国际化研究范式四方面,具有深刻的理论与实践意义。Enterprise Anthropology appeared in 1920th, went through five historical developing process.The year of 2008 was the first year of era for it and the fourth revolution of it started in the year which showed the determination of it to study the complex society,concern the practical research and firm the academic confidence of China. In the period, the development of the subject went through three new steps of new investigation, new concepts and new theory and formed unique study pattern based on the creation of theory and method, which has special academic feature and time feature in innovation change and creation development to get through the way of anthropology between the west and China, and to construct international academic network and fulfill the mission of serving for the people. It has profound theoretical and practical meaning for fostering integrative developing, setting up academic fair, researching the reality and feature of China and founding international study pattern of Chinese learning.
