摘  要:学习科学视域下的教师专业发展是教师作为成人学习者以正式学习或非正式学习而促成自我专业发展的过程。学习科学视域下的智能时代教师专业发展既面临着更强的教师信念冲击、更高的教师专业发展期望值、更大的教师专业发展投入度、更为关注教师伦理道德素养,也有着提供富技术智能发展场域、更好地开展闲暇教育、保障教师全面个性化发展、促进教师智能协作化发展的机遇。智能时代教师专业发展需要把握以教师为成人学习者的身份,以学习为本位促教师专业发展,将智能时代教育变革与教师专业发展有机衔接,以目标为引领、以范式为统整、以机制为保障、以环境为支撑、以评价为调控,优化教师专业发展践行路径。Teacher professional development under the perspective of learning science is the process in which teachers as adult learners contribute to self-professional development through formal learning or informal learning.In the intelligent era from the perspective of learning science,teachers’professional development is facing a stronger impact on the belief level,higher development expectations and greater investment,as well as paying more attention to teachers’ethical and moral quality.At the same time,it also has a field of providing technology rich intelligent development,better developing leisure education and ensuring teachers’comprehensive and personalized development,opportunities to promote the development of teachers’intelligent cooperation.In the intelligent era,teachers’professional development needs to grasp the identity of teachers as adult learners,promote teachers’professional development based on learning,organically connect the educational reform in the intelligent era with teachers’professional development,and optimize the practice path of teachers’professional development with goal as the guide,paradigm as the integration,mechanism as the guarantee,environment as the support and evaluation as the regulation.
