摘 要:本试验旨在研究地顶孢霉培养物对奶牛泌乳性能、血清生化和抗氧化指标及乳脂肪酸组成的影响。采用完全随机区组设计,将36头中国荷斯坦奶牛按照泌乳天数、胎次、产奶量相近的原则随机分为3组,每组12头奶牛。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加30和60 g/(d·头)的地顶孢霉培养物。试验期共8周,其中预试期1周,正试期7周。结果表明:1)饲粮添加地顶孢霉培养物对奶牛产奶量及乳成分无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,试验第4周,饲粮添加30 g/(d·头)地顶孢霉培养物显著提高了血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P <0.05),对其他血清指标无显著影响(P> 0.05);试验第8周,饲粮添加30 g/(d·头)地顶孢霉培养物显著提高了血清T-AOC(P <0.05),显著降低了血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(P=0.05),对其他血清指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)与对照组相比,试验第8周,饲粮添加30和60 g/(d·头)地顶孢霉培养物显著降低了乳中C16∶0含量(P<0.05),有降低乳中C14∶1含量的趋势(P=0.09),对乳中其他脂肪酸含量无显著影响(P>0.05);此外,饲粮添加30 g/(d·头)地顶孢霉培养物有降低乳中≤C16脂肪酸及提高乳中>C16脂肪酸含量的趋势(P=0.08)。综上所述,饲粮添加地顶孢霉培养物对奶牛产奶量及乳成分没有显著影响,但可提高奶牛的抗氧化能力,改善乳脂肪酸组成及奶牛的健康状况。本试验条件下,奶牛饲粮中地顶孢霉培养物的适宜添加水平为30 g/(d·头)。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Acremonium terricola culture on lactation performance,serum biochemical and antioxidant indexes and milk fatty acids composition of dairy cows. Thirty-six Chinese Holstein dairy cows with similar lactation days,parity and milk yield were randomly assigned to three groups according to a completely randomized block design,each group contained dairy 12 cows. Cows in the control group were fed a basal diet,and others in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 30 and 60 g/(d·head)Acremonium terricola culture,respectively. Experimental duration was 8 weeks,included 1 week pre feeding period and 7 weeks formal experimental period. The results showed as follows:1)dietary supplemented with Acremonium terricola culture had no significant effects on milk yield and milk component of dairy cows(P>0.05). 2)Compared with the control group,at week 4 of the experiment,dietary supplemented with 30 g/(d·head)Acremonium terricola culture significantly increased the serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)(P <0.05),and had no significant effects on other serum indexes(P >0.05);at week 8 of the experiment,dietary supplemented with 30 g/(d·head)Acremonium terricola culture significantly increased the serum T-AOC(P <0.05),significantly decreased the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content(P = 0.05),and had no significant effects on other serum indexes(P>0.05). 3)Compared with the control group,at week 8 of the experiment,dietary supplemented with 30 and 60 g/(d·head)Acremonium terricola culture significantly decreased the milk C16∶0 content(P<0.05),and had a tendency to decrease the milk C14∶1 content(P = 0.09),and had no significant effects on contents of other fatty acids in milk(P>0.05);Furthermore,dietary supplemented with 30 g/(d·head)Acremonium terricola culture had a tendency to decrease the content of C≤16 fatty acid and had a tendency to increase the content of C>16 fatty acid in milk(P = 0. 08).
