摘 要:传染病学是现代临床教学中必不可少的课程,而新发感染病又是传染病教学中一门基础课程。新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的爆发再次让人们认识到新发感染病的危害性。对新型冠状病毒肺炎循序渐进的认识过程为传染病教学提供了一个真实完整的新发感染病的教学案例,体验式学习可以带来更好的教学效果。在传统的基于案例的学习和基于问题的学习教学法的基础上,再结合以慕课的形式进行教学方法的改进,充分利用互联网资源和多媒体人机互动方式,比如虚拟仿真系统通过智能化技术手段展示传染病演变过程、基于微课的翻转课堂等教学方法,打破时间、空间的限制,给学生们身临其境的体验式教学,可以提高传染病教学质量、改善教学效果。Infectious disease is an indispensable course in modern clinical teaching,and emerging infectious disease is a basic course in infectious disease teaching.The COVID-19 outbreak has brought home the dangers of newly emerging infections.The step-by-step understanding of COVID-19 provides a real and complete teaching case of emerging infectious diseases for infectious disease teaching,and experiential learning can bring better teaching results.In traditional case-based learning and learning based on problem teaching method,on the basis of combining in the form of mu class teaching method improvement,make full use of Internet resources and multimedia human-computer interaction way,such as virtual simulation system with intelligent technology shows the evolution of infectious diseases,based on micro class flip classroom teaching methods,such as break time and space constraints,The quality and effect of infectious disease teaching can be improved by providing students with immersive experiential teaching.
