摘  要:内分泌科涉及到的疾病广泛、知识点繁多,发病机制及病理生理过程复杂,一个良好的教学方法在教学中至关重要。本文对思维导图、CBL教学法进行了介绍,同时以内分泌科疾病低钠血症、原发性醛固酮增多症临床病例为中心,以学生为主体,结合思维导图多层次发散思维,指导学生们根据自己的喜好及现有条件选择适合的制作方式,利用主体关键词,建立从病因、辅助检查到诊断、治疗和预后的清晰诊疗过程,通过层级图标将各级主体表现出来,确立各个诊断要点间的逻辑关系和知识架构,将抽象的知识点在具体案例中具象化,以直观、生动的图形方式表达具体内容,把形象思维和逻辑思维结合起来,激发学生的主观能动性,以便更好地培养学生的创新性思维及解决临床实际问题的能力,提高教学效果和质量。Endocrinology involves a wide range of diseases,various knowledge points,complex pathogenesis and pathophysiological process,so a good teaching method is very important in teaching.In this paper,the mind map,CBL teaching method are introduced,at the same time as endocrine disease hyponatremia,clinical cases of primary aldosteronism as the center,take the student as the main body,combined with multi-level divergent thinking,mind maps to guide the students according to their own preferences and choose to suit the condition of the existing production way,using the subject keywords,Established from etiology,auxiliary examination to diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of clear diagnosis and treatment process,through the hierarchy icon will subject,at all levels to establish the logical relationship between the diagnostic point and knowledge structure,the knowledge in the specific case of the abstract,with intuitive,vivid graphic expression of specific content,combine the image thinking and logical thinking,To stimulate students’ subjective initiative,in order to better cultivate students’ innovative thinking and the ability to solve clinical practical problems,improve the teaching effect and quality.
