摘  要:以甘肃武威和云南昆明产莳萝全草为研究对象,采用超声波辅助同时蒸馏萃取法制备莳萝挥发油。通过单因素试验和响应面试验分析预测莳萝挥发油提取的最优参数,并运用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析莳萝挥发油的化学成分。结果表明:在原料粒径0.15 mm、液料比20∶1(mL/g)、超声功率200 W、超声温度60℃、超声时间30 min时,武威莳萝挥发油得率可达4.82%,略高于昆明莳萝挥发油(4.79%)。从武威莳萝挥发油中鉴定出32种化合物,昆明莳萝挥发油则鉴定出36种化合物,其主要成分均为酮类、酚类、烯类、醇类和酯类化合物。The volatile oil of dill was prepared with ultrasonic-assisted steam distillation,using whole dill plant as material from Wuwei(Gansu)and Kunming(Yunnan).The optimal extraction parameters of dill volatile oil were predicted by single factor test and response surface methodology,and the chemical components of dill volatile oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that when the particle size of raw material 0.15 mm,the ratio of liquid to material 20∶1(mL/g),ultrasonic power 200 W,ultrasonic temperature 60℃and ultrasonic time 30 min,the yield of volatile oil from Wuwei dill was 4.82%,which was slightly higher than that from Kunming dill(4.79%).32 compounds were identified from Wuwei dill volatile oil and 36 compounds were identified from Kunming dill volatile oil.The main components were ketones,phenols,olefins,alcohols and esters.
