摘  要:为进一步研究葫芦巴精油同时蒸馏萃取法提取工艺,在单因素的基础上选择提取时间、料液比、溶剂乙醚用量作为影响因素,以葫芦巴精油得率作为评价指标,采用Box-Behnken中心组合试验优化同时蒸馏萃取法提取葫芦巴精油的最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明:在提取时间3.0 h、料液比1∶10(g/mL)、乙醚用量60 mL时,葫芦巴精油得率最高,可达到0.367%,为葫芦巴精油的实际利用提供一定的理论依据。In order to further study the extraction process of fenugreek essential oil by simultaneous distillation and extraction,the extraction time,material-to-liquid ratio and solvent ether were selected as the influencing factors on the basis of single factor,and the yield of fenugreek essential oil was used as the evaluation index,and the Box-Behnken central combination experiment was adopted to optimize the extraction process of fenugreek essential oil by simultaneous distillation and extraction.The results showed that the extraction time 3.0 h,the material-to-liquid ratio 1∶10(g/mL)and the amount of ether 60 mL,the highest yield of fenugreek essential oil could reach 0.367%,which provided some theoretical basis for the practical use of fenugreek essential oil.
