摘  要:采用传统水提法、快速溶剂萃取(FSE)技术提取人参、西洋参多糖,并通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析其中的单糖组成,比较2种多糖的体外抗氧化活性。结果表明:人参及西洋参粗多糖得率为FSE法>传统水提法;GC-MS分析检测出人参多糖及西洋参多糖由均由阿拉伯糖、鼠李糖、岩藻糖、木糖、甘露糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖组成,但在含量上有一定的差异;人参多糖和西洋参多糖均具有一定的DPPH·和·OH体外清除能力且呈剂量依赖性,进而为人参、西洋参多糖的生物活性研究及开发应用提供了理论基础。The polysaccharides of ginseng and Panax quiquefolium L.were extracted by traditional water extraction and fast solvent extraction(FSE),and their monosaccharide compositions were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and their antioxidant activities in vitro were compared.The results showed that the yield of crude polysaccharides from ginseng and Panax quiquefolium L.was FSE method>traditional water extraction method;GC-MS analysis showed that both ginseng polysaccharide and Panax quiquefolium L.polysaccharide were composed of arabinose,rhamnose,fucose,xylose,mannose,galactose and glucose,but there were some differences in content.Both ginseng polysaccharide and Panax quiquefolium L.polysaccharide have certain DPPH·and·OH scavenging capacity in vitro in a dose-dependent manner,which provided a theoretical basis for the biological activity research,development and application of ginseng and Panax quiquefolium L.polysaccharides.
