鱼肠道和南太湖水样中乳酸菌分离、鉴定及抑菌分析

摘　　要：采用乳酸杆菌肉汤培养基(LBM)富集、1%碳酸钙MRS琼脂平板筛选法,从市售鱼的肠道和南太湖水样中筛选获得1株植物乳杆菌、2株乳酸乳球菌、1株粪肠球菌、1株类肠膜魏斯氏菌。以水生生物细菌性败血症的致病菌嗜水气单胞菌和维氏气单胞菌为靶标菌,进行双层琼脂牛津杯抑菌试验,结果显示分离到的乳酸菌对于两种病原菌均有一定的抑菌效果,乳酸乳球菌(J)、乳酸乳球菌(T5-1)、类肠膜魏斯氏菌、粪肠球菌、植物乳杆菌对嗜水气单胞菌的抑菌直径分别为26、22、21、19、18 mm;对维氏气单胞菌的抑菌直径分别为17、14、21、16、24 mm。本研究为建立水生生物病原菌的拮抗乳酸菌菌库提供资源,为后续水产养殖饲料乳酸菌添加剂开发奠定基础。From the commercially available fish and South Taihu Lake water sample,enriched by the Lactobacillus broth medium,1% calcium carbonate MRS agar screen,screening 1 Lactobacillus plantarum,2Lactococcus lactis,1 Enterococcus faecalis,1 Weissella paramesenteroides. Using double agar Oxford Cup,by Aeromonas hydrophila that causes bacterial septicemia in aquaculture industry and Aeromonas veronii that cause explosive fish disease are indicative of bacteria,conduct antibacterial test,result displayed isolated Lactic acid bacteria have a certain antibacterial effect for two pathogens,Lactococcus lactis(J),Lactococcus lactis(T5-1),Weissella paramesenteroides,Enterococcus faecalis,Lactobacillus plantarum to Aeromonas hydrophila in the antibacterial diameter of 26,22,21,19,18 mm;the antibacterial diameter of Aeromonas veronii was 17,14,21,16,24 mm. This study provide resources for the establishment of aquatic bacteria to establish aquatic biotic bacteria,laying the foundation for the development of subsequent aquaculture feed Lactic acid bacteria additives.
