校企互嵌式教学模式在高职院校茶艺课程教学中的效果及满意度分析

摘　　要：为研究在高职院校茶艺课程教学中应用校企互嵌式教学模式教学的效果,课题组通过随机抽取法将开设茶艺课程班级分为实验组与对照组,对照组学生使用情境认知教学模式开展教学,实验组学生使用校企互嵌式教学模式进行教学。实践证明,校企互嵌式教学模式能够提升教学效果,帮助学生更好地适应行业岗位需求。in order to study the effect of college-enterprise interactive teaching mode in the teaching of tea art courses in higher vocational colleges,this paper divided the classes offering tea art courses into experimental group and control group by random sampling method.The control group used situational cognitive teaching mode,and the experimental group used college-enterprise interactive teaching mode.Practice has proved that the college-enterprise interactive teaching mode can improve the teaching effect and help students better adapt to the job needs of the industry.
