摘 要:目的探讨基于小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)的线上线下混合教学模式在《血液病学》教学的实施效果及相关问题分析。方法选择河北医科大学第一临床学院2020—2021年临床医学专业本科四年级学生为教学对象,2017级为研究组(n=131),2016级为对照组(n=75),分别开展线上线下混合式教学和单纯线上教学。比较不同教学模式课程实施和学习行为的差异、课程考核成绩的差异。分析线上线下混合式教学实施策略与教学收益,影响课程考核成绩的相关因素。结果研究组单元测验、专题讨论、课程考试的参与率与课程完成率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组教学视频观看率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组视频观看个数和时长明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组各亚专业单元测验参与率均高于对照组(P<0.05),成长特征明显。研究组SPOC成绩和课程考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);两组课程考试成绩的总体合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组SPOC成绩的总体合格率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。SPOC成绩与视频观看个数、单元测验、专题讨论呈正相关。结论基于SPOC的线上线下混合教学模式优于单纯线上教学,交互融合的多元化教学有效实施和策略运用是提高教学质量的关键。Objective To explore the implementation effect and related problems of online and offline hybrid teaching mode based on small private online course(SPOC)in"hematology"teaching.Methods The fourth year undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine in the first clinical college of Hebei Medical University from 2020 to 2021 were selected as the teaching objects.There were 131 students in the research group in 2017 a nd 75 st udents in the control group in 2016.Onl ine and offline hybrid teaching and pure online teaching were carried out respectively.The differences of curriculum implementation,learning behavior and curriculum assessment results of different teaching modes were compared.The implementation strategy,teaching income,and related factors affecting the assessment results of online and offline hybrid teaching were analyzed.Results The participation rate of unit tests,topic discussions,course examination and course completion in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the viewing rate of teaching video between the two groups(P>0.05);The number and duration of video viewing in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The participation rate of each subspecialty unit test in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the growth characteristics were obvious.The SPOC scores and course examination scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the overall pass rate of the course examination results between the two groups(P>0.05),but the pass rate of SPOC scores in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).SPOC scores were positively correlated with the number of video viewing,unit tests and topic discussions.Conclusion The online and offline hybrid teaching mode based on SPOC is better than pure online teaching.The effective implementation and strategy app
