摘  要:目的 探究团体技能训练对青少年非自杀性自伤治疗的影响。方法 选择2019年6月—2020年6月台州市第二人民医院收治的102例青少年非自杀性自伤患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(52例)和对照组(50例)。对照组接受常规药物治疗,观察组基于对照组进行团体技能训练。比较两组患者干预前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分、社交心理及应对方式评分、社会功能评分。结果 干预前,两组HAMD、GSES评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预后,两组HAMD评分均较干预前有所降低,观察组的(23.46±5.43)分低于对照组的(25.90±5.75)分,GSES评分均较干预前有所提升,观察组的(23.63±3.61)分高于对照组的(22.22±2.70)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组TCSQ积极应对方式较干预前提升,且观察组高于对照组,TCSQ消极应对方式均较干预前降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者各指标评分均较干预前提升,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 青少年非自杀性自伤采用团体技能训练予以干预,可有效改善患者负性心理及自我效能感,在此基础上,调节其社交心理,增强社交应对能力,提升社会功能,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the effect of group skill training on the treatment of adolescents with non-suicidal self-injury.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020, 102 adolescent non-suicidal self-injury patients admitted to Taizhou Second People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into the observation group(52 cases) and the control group(50 cases). The control group received conventional drug treatment, and the observation group received group skill training based on the control group. The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) score, General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES) score, social psychology and coping style score, and social function score were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in HAMD and GSES scores between the two groups(all P>0.05). After the intervention, the HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the observation group was(23.46±5.43) points lower than the control group(25.90±5.75) points;the score was higher than that of the control group(22.22±2.70), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before intervention, there were statistically significant differences in Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ) scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After the intervention, the positive coping styles of TCSQ in the two groups were improved compared with those before the intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P>0.05).Before the intervention, there were statistically significant differences in the scores of daily living ability, social activity skills, mobility and communication scores and total scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of each index in the two groups were improved compared with those before the intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of group skil
