摘 要:线上教学已成为当下不可避免的教学方式,为了厘清线上教学如何影响学生的学习投入及影响的边界条件,通过对271名大学生进行问卷调查,旨在探究线上教学灵活性,以及师生互动对学生学习投入的影响及自我指导学习的中介作用和主动性人格调节作用。结果显示:线上教学的灵活性及师生互动与自我指导学习呈显著正相关;自我指导学习在线上教学灵活性与师生互动对学习投入之间起中介作用;主动性人格调节了线上教学灵活性与自我指导学习之间的关系。Online teaching has become an inevitable teaching method now.In order to clarify how online teaching affects students’learning engagement and the boundary conditions.This study conducts a questionnaire survey of 271 college students,aiming to examine the influence of online teaching flexibility and teacher-student interaction on student learning engagement,as well as the mediating role of self-directed learning and the moderator role of proactivity personality.The results show that the flexibility of online teaching and teacher-student interaction are significantly positively correlated with students’self-directed learning;self-directed learning plays a mediating role between online teaching flexibility(teacher-student interaction)and learning engagement;proactivity personality moderates the relationship between online learning flexibility and self-directed learning.
