摘　　要：人力资本理论源于人类对经济增长的强烈追求。它不但丰富了经济增长理论,还辐射到了教育领域,在教育经济与教育管理中得到了广泛应用。随着知识经济与人工智能时代的到来,梳理人力资本理论发展轨迹,有助于厘清不同时期教育培养劳动力的导向。人力资本理论发展史可以划分为雏形期、诞生期、发展期以及突破期。随着人力资本理论在不同时期的发展,各国在国家层面也呈现出与之相应的公共教育政策,充分体现了理论先行、政策跟进的现实逻辑。Human capital theory originates from human’s intense pursuit of economic growth.It has been widely used in educational economics and educational management.For one thing,human capital theory enriches the theory of economic growth.For another,it radiates to the field of education.At present,with the advent of the knowledge economy and the era of artificial intelligence,it’s helpful to clarify the orientation which education cultivate labour in different periods that sorting out the development track of human capital theory.The development history of human capital theory can be divided into embryonic period,birth period,development period and breakthrough period.With the development of human capital theory in different periods,various countries also present corresponding public education policies at the national level,which fully embodies the realistic logic of theory first and policy follow-up.
