摘 要:针对管内零散货物快运列车开行方案问题,分析运输组织模式,在货物运到期限、车站服务等约束的基础上,考虑区间通过能力、车站接发列车能力、中转作业能力3种约束,构建上层目标为管内零散货物快运运营成本最小、下层目标为大货流OD服务频率最大的列车开行方案双层规划模型。设计基于节点并入判断的改进列车径路组合生成方法,结合单亲遗传算法求解模型。以南昌局路网为参照构建管内零散快运网络进行算例分析,验证了模型和算法的有效性。研究结果表明,该算法具有较高的求解效率,得到的列车开行方案不仅具有较小的运营成本,而且在大货流OD上具备较好的运输稳定性。This paper put forward an improved TRG(Train Route Generation)method to solve the line plan problem for regional scattered freight express in China.The distinctive transportation mode of regional scattered freight express was described.A double-level programming model was established,with the upper objective of the model to minimize the operation cost of regional scattered freight express,and the lower objective to maximize the service frequency of ODs which have large freight demand.In addition to the deadline for freight delivery and station service,three capacity constraints of carrying capacity of the block section,receiving and departure capacity of trains in the station,and transfer capacity of the station were also considered in the model.In order to solve the model efficiently,an improved TRG method based on node merging judgment was designed and combined with partheno-genetic algorithm.Finally,based on the case study of the railway network in Nanchang,China,the regional scattered freight express network was analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.The results show the high efficiency of the algorithm,and the low operation cost as well as better transportation stability of the line plan obtained by the model.
