摘　　要：感染科作为医院的高危科室,护理人员需要与患者长时间的接触,这就很容易会出现职业暴露的问题。而导致感染科护士出现职业暴露的危险因素有很多,一旦在护理过程中出现任何问题,都很容易造成严重的后果。尤其是很多感染科护士救治的患者往往存在着比较严重的感染性疾病,如艾滋病、结核病,水痘以及流感等,尤其是在目前各种传染性疾病层出不穷的大背景下,一旦出现职业暴露的问题,将会极大地影响医护人员的工作积极性,甚至会导致有医护人员不愿意从事对患者的护理工作。因此,文章首先将分析导致感染科护士出现职业暴露的主要原因,然后详细阐述改善感染科护士防护工作的具体措施,希望可以为相关医护人员提供有用的参考。Infection department is a high-risk department in hospital.Nursing staff need to contact patients for a long time,which is easy to cause occupational exposure.There are many risk factors that lead to occupational exposure of nurses in infection department.Once any problem occurs in the nursing process,it is easy to cause serious consequences.Especially many infections nurse treated patients often there is a serious infectious diseases,such as AIDS,tuberculosis,such as chicken pox,and influenza,especially in the context of the endless emergence of infectious diseases,the problem of occupational exposure,will greatly affect the medical staff’s work enthusiasm,even lead to medical staff is not willing to work in the nursing on the patients.Therefore,this paper will first analyze the main reasons leading to occupational exposure of nurses in the department of infection,and then elaborate specific measures to improve the protection of nurses in the department of infection,hoping to provide a useful reference for related medical staff.
