摘  要:本研究选取同一玉米样品,在室温5℃、10℃、15℃、20℃和25℃下,通过酶联免疫快速检测法分别检测其玉米赤霉烯酮、呕吐毒素和黄曲霉毒素含量。分析在不同室温下的检测结果的变化规律,探究室温对玉米真菌毒素检测结果的影响。试验结果表明,在室温为20℃时,玉米的玉米赤霉烯酮和呕吐毒素的检测结果分别是室温为5℃的1.7倍和1.6倍;在室温为25℃时,其黄曲霉毒素的检测结果是室温5℃的1.6倍。室温对玉米真菌毒素检测结果的影响较大,室温越高,其检测结果就越高。In this study,the same corn samples were selected,and the contents of zearalenone,DON and aflatoxin were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay at room temperature of 5℃,10℃,15℃,20℃and 25℃,respectively.The influence of room temperature on the detection results of corn mycotoxins was explored by analyzing the variation law of the detection results at different room temperature.The test results showed that when the room temperature was 20℃,the detection results of zearalenone and DON in corn were 1.7 times and 1.6 times higher than those at room temperature of 5℃,respectively.At room temperature of 25℃,the detection result of aflatoxin was 1.6 times higher than that at room temperature of 5℃.Room temperature has a greater impact on the detection results of corn mycotoxins,and the higher the room temperature,the higher the detection results.
