摘　　要：《化工原理》作为化学工程与工艺专业的必修课程,是化学基本理论与工程实践基础相结合的一门课程。《化工原理》课程工程性很强,各种单元操作原理复杂,内容较多且较难理解,学生学习的兴趣较低。针对上述问题,本文从《化工原理》教学内容、教学方法、考核方式三个主要的方面进行探究,以丰富教学方法、完善评价机制、提高学生学习积极性为目标,并通过教学实例对教学改革的内容进行说明。Principles of Chemical Engineering,as a compulsory course for Chemical Engineering and Technology majors,is a course that combines the basic theory of chemistry with the foundation of engineering practice.The course of Principles of Chemical Engineering is highly engineering,the operating principles of various units are complex,the content is more and more difficult to understand,and students’interest in learning is low.In response to the above problems,the three main aspects of the teaching content,teaching methods,and assessment methods in Principles of Chemical Engineering coure were explored,with the goal of enriching teaching methods,improving the evaluation mechanism,and improving students’learning enthusiasm,and the content of teaching reform through teaching examples was explained.
