摘  要:分析了当前空乘大学生就业面临疫情冲击与国内就业形势严峻等多重挑战。通过调查了解到,当前浙江空乘大学生虽认识到疫情对航空业有影响但仍坚持以航空服务业为主要就业目标,预期薪资高,希望学校提供个性考证需求等信息。针对后疫情时期该专业的就业困境,提出空乘专业大学生应该关注疫情与中国当下经济业态,端正就业心态,高校应该加大空乘专业课与民航旅游服务类市场需求的黏合度、搭建多途径考证平台、满足学生个性化“X”考证需求、提高其综合素养,拓宽空乘专业大学生多种就业通道。This paper analyzes the multiple challenges faced by the students majoring in flight attendant in employment,such as the impact of epidemic situation and severe employment situation in China.Through interviews and investigations,it is learned that these students in Zhejiang still insist on taking the aviation service industry as the main employment goal,expect high salary and hope the school can provide information such as the needs of personalized certificates,although they realize that the epidemic has an impact on the aviation industry.In view of the employment dilemma of this major in the post-epidemic period,it is proposed that students majoring in flight attendant should pay attention to the epidemic and China’s current economic situation,and take a correct attitude towards employment.Colleges and universities should strengthen the adhesion between the courses of flight attendant major and the market demand of civil aviation tourism services,build a multi-channel research platform,meet students’needs of personalized X-certificate,improve their comprehensive literacy,and broaden various employment channels for flight attendants.
