摘　　要：目的编制和检验适用于老年人的护理沟通服务评价量表,为针对性干预提供依据。方法采用文献回顾法、半结构化访谈并参考养老服务类规划教材《老年服务沟通技巧》及专家函询形成初始量表;预测试后选取485例老年患者进行调查,检验量表的信度和效度。结果正式版量表由3个维度28个条目构成。量表总体Cronbach′sα系数为0.982,各维度Cronbach′sα系数为0.932、0.953、0.972;重测信度为0.927;探索性因子分析共提取3个公因子,总体方差累积贡献率为61.323%;验证性因子分析结果显示量表的近似误差均方根为0.062,比较拟合指数为0.948,提示模型拟合良好。结论开发的老年人护理沟通服务评价量表具有良好的信效度,可作为测评工具应用于临床实践。Objective To develop and test a scale to measure nurse-patient communication for older adults,and to provide reference for targeted intervention.Methods A draft was designed based on literature review,semi-structured interview,and referring to a textbook of Skills for Communication with the Elderly.The new questionnaire was then completed by 485 elderly patients to test the reliability and validity.Results The formal scale was formed with 28 items and 3 dimensions.The Cronbach′sαcoefficient was 0.982 for the total scale and 0.932,0.953,0.972 for 3 dimensions.The test-retest reliability was 0.927.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 factors that accounted for 61.323%of the variance.Confirmatory factor analysis showed an acceptable model fit for the hypothesized three-factor structure,with the root mean square error approximation(RMSEA)of 0.062 and the comparative fitting index(CFI)of 0.948.Conclusion The new measure of nurse-patient communication for the elderly is valid and reliable for clinical practice.
