摘  要:随着国际合作的不断深化和经济全球化,专业工程师国际流动迅速发展,也推动了工程师职业资格国际互认的发展。在分析国际工程师互认协议、国际工程师制度、我国现行工程师制度的基础上,以实现国际铁路工程师互认为目标,对标国际专业设置和评价体系,并结合我国国情和铁道行业专业设置现状,对铁路工程领域专业设置进行研究,提出铁道行业起步阶段应按照铁道土木工程、供电与电气化、机械装备、通号信息、运输工程、检验检测六大专业门类开展工程能力评价的结论,以期为我国铁路专业工程师水平评价和国际互认工作提供支撑。Along with the further development of international cooperation and economic globalization,the international flow of professional engineers is enhanced increasingly,with the mutual recognition of professional qualifications of engineers worldwide being promoted.Based on the analysis of the international engineer mutual recognition agreement,the international engineer system,and the current Chinese engineer system,and considering the particular situation and existing specialty category of the railway sector in China,the specialties of railway engineering are studied with the international specialty classification and evaluation system as a benchmark,in the hope of achieving the international mutual recognition of railway engineers.The conclusion is made that in its initial stage of development,the engineering capability evaluation shall be carried out by six specialty categories,i.e.railway civil engineering,power supply and electrification,mechanical equipment,communication&signaling and information,transport engineering,and inspection&testing,thus providing support for the capability evaluation and international mutual recognition of China’s railway engineers.
