摘 要:标准化建设是统领职业教育发展的突破口,党的十八大以来,职业教育标准化改革逐渐深入。做好职业教育标准化建设,重点需要构建好三维立体的职业教育标准体系框架,明确国家、省、校的定位和任务,并推动职业院校落实标准。职业院校在落实国家标准和省级标准时,应当重视中高衔接、中高本贯通教学标准的建设,开发具有校本特色的专业教学标准,强调职业能力素养培养,并加大保障力度推动标准落地。Standardization construction is the breakthrough to lead the development of vocational education.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the standardization reform of vocational education has been gradually deepened.To do a good job in the standardization construction of vocational education,it is necessary to build a three-dimensional framework of vocational education standard system.The roles and tasks at the three levels in national,provincial and vocational colleges are clarified to promote vocational colleges to implement the standards.When vocational colleges implement the national and provincial standards,they should attach importance to the construction of education standards for the link between secondary and higher vocational colleges and the connection among secondary,higher vocational colleges and universities.Professional teaching standards with school-based characteristics should be developed to emphasize the cultivation of vocational ability and quality,and strengthen the guarantee to promote the implementation of the standards.
