摘 要:高职教育适应性不仅需要从宏观层面进行整体性分析,更需要从微观和中观的角度进行深入探讨。高职学生从入学到就业的全过程适应性,包括新生校园适应、专业学习过程、社会类学生培养、就业适应能力等四个维度。在新生教育阶段,学生需要转变思想教育观念,加强职业教育文化认同,适应高职教育模式;高职扩招社会类学生需要实施个性化的教育方案,融入实践岗位的培养要素,拓展职业发展空间;重视学生专业学习质量与升学发展需求,提高就业核心能力,将学生专业发展诉求与企业用工需求结合起来,从而适应劳动力市场对高素质技术技能人才的要求,最终实现从内部到外部提升高职教育适应性。The adaptability of higher vocational education needs not only an overall analysis from the macro level,but also an indepth discussion from the micro and meso perspectives.The adaptability of the whole process from school to employment of higher vocational students includes four dimensions of freshmen’s campus adaptation,professional learning process,social students’training and employment adaptability.In the stage of freshmen education,the students should change the concept of ideological education,strengthen the cultural identity of vocational education and adapt to the mode of higher vocational education;the social students of expanded enrollment in higher vocational colleges need to implement personalized education programs,integrate the training elements of practical posts,and expand the space for career development;the quality of students’professional learning and the needs of further education development should be paid attention to,the core ability of employment should be improved,and the demands of students’professional development with the employment needs of enterprises should be combined,so as to meet the requirements of the labor market for high-quality technical and skilled talents,and finally improve the adaptability of higher vocational education from inside to outside.
