摘 要:创新创业教育及现代学徒制育人模式是当前职业教育的热点。针对高职机电类专业学生存在的职业能力不强、系统性思维欠缺、创新能力不足等问题,基于系统论理念,通过建设岗课融通课程体系、设计教学项目和创新模块,构建了“全流程项目贯穿”实训教学体系;从教学资源、教学过程、教学评价、专业综合技能考核方面进行了“全流程项目贯穿”实训教学体系的实践。实践表明,该模式提升了机电类专业学生的学习兴趣,增强了学生的专业实践技能,教学效果显著。Innovation and entrepreneurship education and modern apprenticeship education mode are the hot spots of current vocational education.Aiming at the problems existing in students majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering in higher vocational colleges,such as weak vocational ability,lack of systematic thinking and lack of innovation ability,based on the concept of system theory,through the construction of post course integration curriculun system and the design of teaching projects and innovation modules,the“whole process project penetration”practical teaching system is constructed.The practice of“whole process project penetration”practical teaching system is carried out from the aspects of teaching resources,teaching process,teaching evaluation and professional comprehensive skill assessment.The practice shows that this mode improves the learning interest of mechanical and electrical students and enhances their professional practical skills,and the teaching effect is remarkable.
