摘  要:职业教育以“职业性”为主要特征,以就业为导向,主要目的是培养满足国家和社会各行业需求的高素质技能人才。北京社会管理职业学院立足民政,面向社会,为国家培养了大批高素质社会管理和社会服务类技能型人才,学前教育专业为学院人才培养发挥了重要作用。文章面向2019和2020两届毕业生进行问卷调查并随机选择毕业生所在单位进行回访。调查发现,幼教行业对我院学生的培养质量整体认可度较高,学生就业对口率较高,毕业生趋向选择大中型城市,农村生源学生选择大中型城市就业的比例更高。调查发现,毕业生就业满意度低和职业忠诚度较低,毕业生初次就业得到的就业保障不容乐观。通过数据分析发现,学生的专业素养、实践经历以及职业能力是影响学生就业现状的重要因素。文章提出了进一步提高学生就业能力的建议,旨在为专业发展和教学改革提供一定的参考。Vocational education is vocational and employment-oriented, with the purpose of cultivating high-quality and skilled talents for all walks of life. Based on the civil affairs and facing the society, Beijing College of Social Administration has cultivated a large number of high-quality skilled talents in social management and social service for the country. Preschool education has played an important role in the college. The study mainly investigated graduates of 2019 and 2020 and interviewed with the employers. The survey shows that the preschool education industry has a higher overall recognition of the training quality of graduates, and the employment matching rate of students is higher. Graduates tend to choose large and medium-sized cities, and the proportion of rural students is higher. It is common for graduates to have low job satisfaction and career loyalty and the employment security that graduates get for the first time is not enough. Through data analysis, it is also found that students’ professional quality, practical experience and vocational ability are important factors affecting the employment status of students. Finally, the paper puts forward some further Suggestions for the improvement of students’ employment ability to provide certain reference information for professional development and teaching reform.
