摘 要:近年来,“互联网+”成人高等教育理念逐渐普及,成人高校教师对互联网教育作用的认知更加全面。尤其是在线下教育逐渐朝着“线上+线下”混合教育发展的背景下,成人高校教师的在线教学能力受到普遍关注。互联网对成人高校教师在线教学能力的影响具有多样性,简述“互联网+”背景下成人高校教师教学能力的发展方向及存在问题,提出建立教师跨专业学习共同体、培育教师信息化教育素养、强化教师发展顶层设计等培育教师在线能力的有效路径,从专业知识、技能与情感等角度出发探究对教师实施有效培训的方法,为提升教师在线教学能力建言献策。In recent years,the concept of“Internet+”adult higher education has gradually become popular,and adult college teachers have a more comprehensive understanding of the role of Internet education.Especially under the background that offline education is gradually developing towards“online+offline”mixed education,the online teaching ability of adult college teachers has received widespread attention.The influence of the Internet on the online teaching ability of adult college teachers is diverse.This article briefly describes the development direction and existing problems of adult college teachers’teaching ability under the background of“Internet+”,and proposes to establish teachers’inter-professional learning community,cultivate teachers’information-based education literacy,strengthen the top-level design of teacher development and other effective paths for cultivating teachers’online ability,and explore effective training methods for teachers from the perspectives of professional knowledge,skills,and emotions,so as to provide suggestions for improving teachers’online teaching ability.
