摘 要:英国继续教育是国家教育发展的重要组成部分,是促进国民经济发展的重要方式。如何更好地提炼英国管理模式,将其运用到我国实践中,是当前一个值得重视的问题。基于英国继续教育从萌芽阶段、发展阶段到改革阶段历程分析,旨在对英国继续教育缘起的内生价值、实践特征展开探究,并为推进我国现代职业教育的高质量发展提供政策建议。为促进技能型社会的建设,我国在继续教育的发展上应从加强政策支持、培育技能人才以及“教、学、做”三位一体等三个方面着手。Continuing education in Britain is an important part of national education development and an important way to promote national economic development.How to better refine the British management model and apply it to China’s practice is a problem worthy of attention.Based on the analysis of the process of continuing education in Britain from embryonic stage,development stage to reform stage,this paper aims to explore the endogenous value and practical characteristics of continuing education in Britain,and provide policy suggestions for promoting the high-quality development of modern vocational education in China.In order to promote the construction of skilled society,China should strengthen policy support,cultivate skilled talents and the trinity of teaching,learning and doing in the development of continuing education.
