人工智能环境下成人院校的创新创业教育与实施路径

摘　　要：创新创业教育既是成人院校培育创新型人才的重要方式,也是促进成人院校学员综合素养提升的重要环节。在人工智能环境下,成人院校正在尝试将人工智能融入创新创业教育中,力求革新传统创新创业教育模式。简述人工智能环境对成人院校创新创业教育的重要性与影响,探究人工智能在创新创业教育中的应用现状。结合成人院校教育实情,提出强化产学研合作、推动学科交叉与融合创新、构建科学评价模式、培育高水平师资队伍等教育实施路径,为成人院校提升创新创业教育的实效性建言献策。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important way for adult colleges to cultivate innovative talents,and it is also an important link to promote the comprehensive quality of adult college students.Under the artificial intelligence environment,adult colleges and universities are trying to integrate artificial intelligence into innovation and entrepreneurship education,and strive to innovate the traditional model of the education.This paper briefly describes the importance and impact of artificial intelligence environment on innovation and entrepreneurship education in adult colleges and universities,and explores the present application of artificial intelligence in innovation and entrepreneurship education.Combined with the reality of education in adult colleges and universities,this paper proposes educational implementation paths such as strengthening industry-university-research cooperation,promoting interdisciplinary and integrated innovation,building a scientific evaluation model,and cultivating high-level teachers,so as to provide suggestions for adult colleges to improve the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
