摘　　要：针对煤矿井下门式支架拆装、转运过程中辅助设备多、效率低、施工危险的问题,设计研发了以防爆柴油机为动力、采用履带式行走的用于门式支架拆装及转运的专用车辆。介绍了WCL5Y防爆柴油机履带式支架搬运车的总体设计方案及技术参数,具体阐述了其各部分结构组成、车型特点及在井下巷道的应用情况。In view of the problems of many auxiliary equipment, low efficiency and construction danger in the process of gantry support disassembly and transfer in underground coal mines, a specialized vehicle was designed and developed, which takes explosion-proof diesel engine as power and uses crawler walking, is used on the installation, disassembly and transportation of gantry support. Introduced the overall scheme and structure parameters of WCL5Y explosion-proof diesel engine crawler support carrier, and explained the structure composition, model characteristics and use condition in undeground roadway in detail.
