摘 要:为探讨大五人格与中小学生对特殊儿童接纳态度的关系及其影响机制,采用修订版大五人格量表和中小学生对特殊儿童接纳态度调查问卷对湖南省1951名中小学生进行调查。结果发现:(1)中小学生对特殊儿童持积极的接纳态度,且随学段的升高而降低。(2)神经质可显著负向预测中小学生对特殊儿童的接纳态度,外倾性、开放性、宜人性和尽责性均能显著正向预测中小学生对特殊儿童的接纳态度。(3)学段在外倾性和宜人性与中小学生对特殊儿童的接纳态度关系中起调节作用。To investigate the relationship between big five personality and primary and middle school students’ acceptance attitude towards children with special needs and its influencing mechanism, a total of 1951 primary and middle school students in Hunan province were investigated using the revised NEO-Personality Inventory and the Questionnaire on Acceptance Attitude of Primary and Middle School Students towards Children with Special Needs. The results showed that: 1) primary and middle school students had a positive acceptance attitude towards children with special needs, and it decreased with the increase of learning phase;2) neuroticism significantly negatively predicted the acceptance attitude of primary and middle school students towards children with special needs, whereas extraversion, openness, agreeableness and conscientiousness significantly positively predicted it;3) learning phase moderated the relationship between extraversion, agreeableness and the acceptance attitude of primary and middle school students towards children with special needs.
