摘  要:为探讨核心力量训练对听障学生动态平衡能力的影响,本研究采用非等控制组准实验设计,选取武汉市某聋校高一年级两个自然班41名重度听障学生为被试,设实验组21名,对照组20名,对照组不做有监控的运动,实验组进行50分钟/次、2次/周、连续12周的核心力量训练。训练前后,进行闭眼走直线测试和星形偏移平衡测试(SEBT)。结果发现:(1)核心力量训练能够显著提升听障学生尤其是女生的动态平衡能力,改善其两侧肢体的动态平衡不对称性;(2)听障学生前侧和内侧方向上的动态平衡比后侧和外侧方向更具优势,并且在后、外后、内后3个方向上更加灵敏;(3)听障学生的动态平衡能力受视觉、本体觉的限制。To explore the effect of core strength training on dynamic balance ability of hearing-impaired students, a nonequivalent control group design was adopted in this study. 41 senior grade one students with severe hearing impairment from two intact classes of a deaf school in Wuhan were selected as subjects, with 21 students in the experimental group and 20 in the control group. The control group did not do monitored exercise, while the experimental group received 12 consecutive weeks of core strength training, 50 minutes per time and twice per week. Before and after the training, a straight line test with eyes closed and Star Excursion Balance Test(SEBT) were conducted. The results show that: 1) core strength training can significantly promote hearing-impaired students’(especially girls’) dynamic balance ability and improve their dynamic balance asymmetry on both limbs;2) their dynamic balance in the front and inner directions are more advantageous than that in the rear and outer directions, which are more sensitive in the posterior, posterolateral and posteromedial directions;3) their dynamic balance is limited by vision and proprioception.
