摘  要:学校满意度是衡量学生学校福祉的重要指标,是学生对其学校经历的全面认知-情感评价。学习投入是学生有效参与教育活动的程度,是学生学业成功的关键因素。为考察听障学生学校满意度、学习投入现状以及学校满意度、学习投入、学业成绩三者之间的关系,采用问卷法对456名3-9年级听障学生进行调查。结果发现:绝大多数听障学生学校满意度、学习投入比较高;学校满意度、学习投入与学业成绩三者之间显著相关;学习投入在学校满意度与学业成绩之间发挥部分中介作用。建议通过构建良好的师生关系,增强听障学生学习自我效能感和提高听障学生学习兴趣来提升听障学生的学业成绩。School satisfaction is an important index of students’ school well-being and a comprehensive cognitive-emotional evaluation of their school experience. Learning engagement, the degree of students’ effective participation in educational activities, is a key factor of their academic success. Questionnaires were used in the study to investigate the current situation of school satisfaction, learning engagement and the relationship between school satisfaction, learning engagement and academic achievement of 456 hearing impaired students from grades 3 to 9. The results showed that a large majority of hearing-impaired students had high school satisfaction and learning engagement, that there was a significant correlation between school satisfaction, learning engagement and academic achievement, and that learning engagement played a partial mediating role between school satisfaction and academic achievement. The following suggestions were put forward: constructing a good teacher-student relationship, enhancing hearing impaired students’ learning self-efficacy, and improving their learning interest.
