摘 要:为明确不同香型产区烟叶外观区域特征及其与感官质量的关系,选取八大香型产区2020年度178份C3F初烤烟叶样品为材料,采用量化赋分、方差分析和聚类分析对不同香型产区烟叶外观区域特征进行分析,并对烟叶外观区域特征与感官质量的关系进行相关分析和回归分析。结果表明:(1)底色和光泽是焦甜醇甜香型、清甜蜜甜香型、蜜甜焦香型烟叶的主要识别依据,蜡质感是识别木香蜜甜香型烟叶的主要依据。(2)清甜香型、蜜甜香型和醇甜香型产区烟叶底色、柔韧性和叶面组织相近,清甜蜜甜香型和焦甜醇甜香型产区烟叶蜡质感、光泽和油润感相近,而木香蜜甜香型和焦甜焦香型产区烟叶厚度、叶面叶背色差和油润感相近。(3)C3F初烤烟叶底色、蜡质感和柔韧性与烟叶感官评吸品质呈显著相关性。八大香型产区烟叶外观区域特征具有明显差异,可为烟叶识别归类和分类使用提供依据。To clarify the appearance regional characteristics of flue-cured tobacco from different aroma type zones and their relationship with sensory quality, 178 middle tobacco leaves of C3F grade in 2020 were collected from eight aroma type zones. The appearance regional characteristics of flue-cured tobacco were analyzed by the methods of quantitative assignment, variance analysis and cluster analysis. Besides, correlation and regression analysis was carried out on the relationship between appearance regional characteristics and sensory quality of tobacco leaves. The results showed that:(1) The background color and luster were the main identification bases for the aroma type V-VII zones;The wax texture was the main basis for identifying tobacco leaves from the aroma type VIII zone;(2) Tobacco leaves from the aroma type I-III zones were similar in background color, flexibility and leaf texture. The wax texture, luster and oily of tobacco leaves were similar in the aroma type V-VI zones. However, tobacco leaves from the aroma type IV and VIII zones were similar in thickness, leaf color difference between front and back, and oiliness.(3) The background color, wax texture and flexibility of C3F flue-cured tobacco leaves were significantly correlated with their sensory quality. In conclusion, the appearance regional characteristics of flue-cured tobacco from different aroma type zones have significant differences, which could provide the basis for the recognition and classified use of tobacco leaves.
