摘　　要：教师在教学中使用技术时,由于受多方因素影响会在一定程度上产生技术恐惧。首先,本研究利用文献分析法将技术恐惧中人、社会与技术之间的本质关系引申至教育中的教师、教学与技术之间的关系。其次,利用功能分析法分析技术恐惧这一社会现象对教师专业水平发展、对教育信息化发展的影响。再次,从教育信息化的阶段特性、学校基础条件、教师个人属性、技术本身的复杂性、社会发展等方面因素分析教育信息化进程中教师产生技术恐惧的原因。最后,针对教师产生技术恐惧的原因,从政府、信息化企业、学校、教师、学生角度提出改善策略。While using technology in teaching,teachers will generate technophobia to a certain degree due to multiple elements’ influence.At first,this research has utilized literature analysis to extend in meaning from the essential relationship among the people in broad sense,society and technology in technophobia to the relationship among teachers,teaching and technology in education.The second,this research has utilized functional analysis to analyze the impact of social phenomenon of technophobia on the development of teachers’ professional level and the development of educational informatization.The third,this research has analyzed the causes of teacher’s producing technophobia in the process of educational informatization from the elements like the stage features of educational informatization,basic conditions in schools,teachers’ personal attributes,complexity of technology itself,and social development,etc.The fourth,this research has put forward improvement strategies from the perspective of government,informatized enterprises,schools,teachers,students aiming at the causes of teachers’ technophobia.
